David makes these quite a bit on the weekends (when we our belongings aren’t stored, that is). Our friend Donna makes up a larger batch of batter when she makes waffles and keeps it sealed in the refrigerator. That way, she only has to mix the batter once, but can have hot fresh waffles for a few days in a row . Great idea if you are having company, as well. Read the rest of this entry »
