Baked Macadamia Nut Brie

What you need:

14 ounces of silken tofu, 3 ounces of dry-roasted macadamia nuts, 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder, 2 tablespoons agave nectar, 1 tablespoon white or yellow miso, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of ground mustard seed, Ĺ teaspoon of sea salt and a nominal amount of nonstick cooking spray.

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Coat a six-inch round casserole with cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish, leaving about a half inch at the top for adequate rising room. Place the casserole on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
