What you need:
14 ounces of silken tofu, 3 ounces of dry-roasted macadamia nuts, 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder, 2 tablespoons agave nectar, 1 tablespoon white or yellow miso, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of ground mustard seed, Ĺ teaspoon of sea salt and a nominal amount of nonstick cooking spray.
What to do:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Coat a six-inch round casserole with cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish, leaving about a half inch at the top for adequate rising room. Place the casserole on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. When the surface of the nut brie is slightly firm to the touch and starting to brown, itís time to remove it from the oven to cool.
Invert the macadamia nut brie on a plate and top with fruit compote, fresh berries or organic strawberry jam. Pair with cocktail crackers and champagne.
