For this week’s happy hour cocktail recipe, we’re continuing to embrace the steamy weather with drink from old Havana.
What you need:
1 ½ ounces of pineapple juice, ½ tsp of lemon juice and ¾ ounce of light rum.
What you do:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Menu pairing:
Make a sandwich with a long loaf of Cuban bread and slice into individual sections to pair with this cocktail. A great happy hour menu to get ready for an evening of Shakespeare under the stars.
This recipe comes from the classic bar guide, Mr. Boston.
For those who have a cocktail or appetizer recipe to share, please send it to us directly, and we’ll add it to this post. We only request a courtesy link back. Happy Friday, everyone!
*Special thanks to Krista Bjorn for sending in this cocktail recipe for a cherry lime bellini. Thanks, Krista!
