I was glad to find other options when I first started looking for vegan sandwich options as well. When you are trying not to rely too heavily on processed foods, coming up with ideas can be trickier than you expect.

I made my first vegan sandwich today on ezekiel bread. I started with a good brown mustard, added sliced apples, lettuce mix (not iceberg), mushrooms, green peppers, and onion. It was really good, and I didn’t get that sluggish feeling after eating it. Glad to see other options.

I love all the options available for a vegan diet. I’m a vegetarian but have days of the week where I got totally vegan and I always feel great.

These are fantastic! I try to limit my meat and dairy as well and it can be difficult. I’ll be trying some of these.

We’re really working hard on reduced meat and dairy. As people who have eaten those things all our lives, the mushroom hoagie and breaded eggplant subs are our two favorites thus far.

Wow, I don’t know why, but I’ve hardly cooked with pineapple. In cakes and stir-fry, yes, but I’ve never grilled it. I’ll have to give it a shot!
