DIY Ceasar Dressing

This is one from the cookbook, Miserly Meals.

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 cloved garlic, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Place all ingredients in a blender and cover. Blend until smooth and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Should last at least two weeks.

These are ingredients we usually have on hand at our house. I’ve really been getting into the homemade salad dressings here lately as it’s a nice way to add a ton of elegance and zip to an affordable budget meal.
