A Great Way to Re-heat Pizza!

Tired of microwave rubberized pizza slices? Here’s a new solution.
My mother-in-law shared this with me recently. Instead of putting pizza in the microwave to reheat it (makes it kind of rubbery) or heating an entire oven for a slice (who can afford that), she adds a little cooking spray to her frying pan, adds a slice or two of pizza, and puts a lid on top. Then she heats it on low for a bit and removes it with a spatula. It makes the bottom slightly crispy again, and nicely remelts the cheese on top to make the pizza taste more like it’s freshly made. I suppose if you have a toaster oven, you would not need this strategy. But if you don’t, this might work for you too.

Myscha, I have done that in the past. She’s right it works and tastes great. Now my toaster oven does the same thing. Both better options than the microwave!
