Recipes: Bulgar Pilaf

Another healthy recipe from my friend Sabrina!
2 cups bulgur wheat, 1 chopped onion, 1 bunch of green onions (sliced), 1 cup sliced mushroom, 5 cups beef or chicken broth, 2 tbsp melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
