Looking to jazz up the breakfast routine? Need to keep multiple tummies and tastebuds happy?

I love these in the morning! They are extra fun with frozen banana slices, but regular bananas are fine too. Just put the equivalent of 2-3 bananas in the blender along with a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter. Add enough skim milk to get your desired thickness, and blend away. These are a yummy way to get fruit, calcium and protein all in one. Grab a straw and you’re good to go with this nutritional breakfast drink that uses affordable grocery items!
