		<description>Glad you liked it! Another suggestion for increasing the icy consistency is to freeze the berries ahead of time. This keeps the flavor as concentrated as possible but still gives that fun frozen format that is so nice, particularly in hot weather.</description>

		<description>I tried this and it is excellent and very filling. I opted for natural sugar rather than Splenda to avoid the sweetner and I was thrilled with the smoothie, even more so because it is good for lowering my cholesterol! How can you beat that! I also tried it another day adding the dan active yogurt drink with the probiotic addition. That also worked well as did adding a few ice cubes to give a more icy consistency.
