Recipes: Hot Clam Dip

I would think this would do well in one of those mini crock pots to keep warm while guests are mingling.

2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, 2 6 1/2 -ounce cans of minced clams (drained with 2 tbsp liquid reserved), 2 tbsp chopped green onion, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, a dash of cayenne pepper.

Melt cheese over low heat in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm with fresh vegetables.
