I got this one from the back of a product label. Really yummy.
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 cups pecan halves, 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup dark corn syrup, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the bottom of a pie crust lined 9 -inch pan. Top with pecan halves. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla, beating well. Pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top is a deep golden brown. Cool and serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
