This is great served with sliced cooked kielbasa, chicken breast strips, pretzels, etc. From Taste of Home magazine.
1 1/2 cups honey, 1 cup vinegar, 3 eggs, 2 containers (1 3/4 ounces each) ground mustard, 1/2 tsp salt.
Process first five ingredients in a blender. Pour into saucepan, cooking and stirring over low heat until mixture thickens and reaches 160 degrees F. Pour into small jars, cover and refrigerate for up to a week. This recipe seems like one you could easily can and use for hostess or holiday gifts.
