This was another great find from Quick Cooking Magazine. I was attracted to it because it was a salad dressing recipe that was above and beyond the usual vinegrette.
3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
Combine honey and mustard until smooth. Add vinegar and whisk until blended. Slowly add oil while beating with a whisk. Makes about a cup.
