Recipe: Homemade Egg Substitute

This recipe makes the equivalent of two eggs, but it looks like it would be fairly easily multiplied to make a larger batch. I found it in a winter edition of Taste of Home magazine.

3 egg whites, 2 tbsp instant nonfat dry milk powder, 1 tsp water, 2-3 drops yellow food coloring. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
