This recipe caught my eye because I love breakfast pizza. These are quite similar.

2 cups biscuit / baking mix, 1/2 cup cold water, 8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese, 1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon, 4 eggs (lightly beaten), 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp onion powder. In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix and water. Stir 20 strokes. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 10 times. Roll into a 14-inch x 10-inch rectangle. Place on the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange cheese over dough. Sprinkle with bacon. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk and onion powder. Pour over bacon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve immediately. This recipe is as I saw it listed in Quick Cooking magazine. However, I would think you could easily substitute chopped cooked ham or precooked and crumbled sausage for the bacon, as well as other cheeses for the Swiss.
