Thought sport socks were just for running?

The ridged top half of a men’s sport sock makes a great dishrag when cut away from the foot part and snipped up one side. Another helpful idea? We keep the cut off foot ends from our recycled cotten sport socks in a separate dispenser similar to those used to house plastic grocery bags. Why? They make fabulous dusting mitts and are great for such things as getting into hard to reach corners and wiping down banister poles, table legs, etc. Disposable dusting mitts cost a small fortune. These can be shaken out and tossed in the laundry to be sanitized along with your other cleaning rags and house towels.
